SERVICE NOTES
*Monthly maintenance will be completed at an agreed upon scheduled time, after business hours, by remote. This will require that the Splashtop Streamer app be installed and configured prior to the first scheduled service date. Installation and configuration of Splashtop Streamer can be requested at no additional charge prior to the first scheduled maintenance. The computer receiving maintenance must remain powered on and in a state where it will not go to sleep. Should the computer become unavailable for service one attempt will be made to reschedule maintenance. Should an alternate time not be scheduled the monthly maintenance will be completed at the following month’s scheduled time.
